Who You Are
-
Completed education or apprenticeship as an automotive mechanic.

Experience with Sports Car, GT, or Rally Car mechanics is a plus.

Skills in fabrication, turning, and milling is beneficial.

Prior experience in motorsports, particularly within a race team or shop-based constructor.

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet tight deadlines with precision.

Flexibility for overtime, with the understanding that short-notice changes may occur.

Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when required.

Practical, efficient, and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
As an Assembly Mechanic/Technician, you will work closely with the Car Assembly Manager to build and prepare race cars for the track. Your role will involve ensuring all components are securely installed, functional, and that worklists are completed accurately. We need a versatile individual with a comprehensive understanding of race car assembly to contribute across all aspects of vehicle construction.

Assemble race car components, including suspension, engine systems, bodywork, and interior parts.

Perform maintenance, repairs, and rebuilds as needed.

Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure precision mechanical assembly of all components.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to guide assembly.

Occasional travel to test and race events.
